Now, coming to the yoga asanas, which own enormous physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Each and every asana in the yogic science bears some significant features. Let’s talk about two asanas that are tremendously influential in energizing the body:

  • Balasana: The child pose is a stress-relieving posture. After coming from strenuous work or long-time office job, performing the child pose can help you restore energy as it releases tension in the back, neck, and shoulders.
  • Sirsasana: Although the headstand is a little challenging, it can completely abolish tiredness and weariness from the body. It makes sure the blood supply to the brain is sufficient to feel invigorated.
