We have provided customers with a full description of each garment and the sizing options available so they know exactly what they will be receiving. If you need any assistance prior to finalising your purchase, please contact us and one of our highly experienced sales representatives will be able to help. In saying this, and due to the nature of this independent brand with the exclusivity, manufacturing process and demand for each garment, we only consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us so we can deal with the matter at hand, but before doing so, please acknowledge our terms below.
TERMS
• You must contact us within 24 hours of the item arriving.
• The item must not be worn and must contain all original packaging.
• No monetary refunds are available; however after reviewing your case, you may be gifted with credit to use in the store instead.
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Upon evaluation of your case, our decision will be final.
